Mark G. Brooks, MD
Dr. Brooks is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. He earned his Bachelor's of Science degree at the University of Florida and obtained his Medical Degree at the University of Miami. He completed his internship and residency at Orlando Health. He served on the Medical Executive Committee and as Chief of the Department of Medicine at Orlando Health Central Hospital.
Susan R. Hill, MD
Dr. Susan Hill is a born and raised Florida native with over 23 years of Internal Medicine experience. She received her medical degree and graduated with honors from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. She enjoys wakeboarding, playing piano and rescuing animals in her spare time.
Rachana Dattani, PA-C
Rachana completed the Physician Assistant program at Nova
Southeastern University Orlando Campus in August of 2010. Prior to attending Nova Southeastern University, she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University. She worked in pediatrics for 4 years and 1½ in family medicine. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, watching basketball (Go Magic!), football and trying new restaurants.
Christopher Rotondo, MMS, PA-C
Christopher studied at Nova Southeastern University where he earned his Master’s of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Previous to obtaining his certification as a Physician Assistant he received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida. He has worked in the healthcare field for over six years with the majority of his work centering around internal medicine. He enjoys golfing and watching football on the weekends along with spending quality time with his wife and family.
Pamela Lee MSN, ARNP-C
Pamela Lee is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine. She began her nursing career as a patient support assistant while earning her Nursing Degree. After graduation, she served as a registered nurse in the hospital ER, ICU, Medical/Surgical Oncology and Cardiology departments. She later earned her Master’s degree from West Virginia University. Ms. Lee is certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center, plans to pursue her Ph.D. and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Terry Clemons MSN, ARNP-C
Ms. Clemons earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1982. Her career began in the Emergency Department at Arnold Palmer and Orlando Health. She has served as an adjunct professor at Valencia Community College and Lake Sumter Community College. In 2006, she completed her studies at University of Central Florida as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys spending time with family, watching football and volunteering at Shepherd’s Hope.
Jill Coltrin MSN, ARNP-C
Jill Coltrin earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Georgetown University and her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida. She has worked in inpatient acute care, PCU and ICU settings and with cardiology patients (inpatient and outpatient). Chronic and cardiovascular disease prevention and management are areas of concentration and interest. She is committed to collaborating with patients to achieve health care goals and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys spending time with family, practicing yoga and attending Orlando City soccer matches in her free time.
