If I have a medical question during the middle of the night, will there be a provider on call that I can contact?

Yes. Call 407.578.6610 and one of our medical providers will return your call promptly. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency department.

 

Does your practice accommodate same-day appointments?

Yes. We offer same day appointments. Call 407.578.6610 and a member of our medical staff will assist with scheduling you with one of our providers.

 

Does your practice accept my insurance plan?

Our practice accepts most commercial and private insurance plans. Call 407.578.6610 and ask a member of our medical staff if your plan is on our list of accepted providers.

 

What is your philosophy about referring to specialists?

Our medical providers will refer you to a specialist when medically necessary.

 

 

 

Do you offer immunizations or vaccines at your office?

Yes. We offer immunizations and flu, pneumonia and shingles vaccines at our office.

 

Do you have evening or weekend hours?

Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

 

Is payment expected at time of service?

Our practice expects and appreciates payment for co-insurance, co-pays, deductible amounts or any other balance not paid by insurance at the time of service. If you are not insured, inquire about special pricing for patients who pay cash.

 

How do I know my health records are secure?

Our practice adheres to all recommended practices for keeping your health information private and confidential.
